A one-of-a-kind vintage 14K yellow gold Lucien Piccard Tutti Frutti flip-top hidden watch with a multicolor gemstone-set cover, circa 1950s. This magnificent watch features a spring-hinged 14K yellow gold cover set with opal, pearl, moonstone, garnet, onyx, pink tourmaline, and aquamarine, which can be held open to reveal the watch face. The dial features numerals at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 positions, with elegant round gold indices for the remaining hours and a yellow gold crown.

Featuring a manual winding movement, fully serviced and in working condition. The leather strap has been replaced with a high-quality brown leather strap with a gold clasp, measuring approximately 8 inches from end to end and ready to wear. The case is marked “Lucien Piccard”, “Cased and Timed in U.S.A.”, “14K”, and “5799”. Gross weight 20 grams.
