Centered with one octagon-shaped natural blue sapphire weighing approximately 1.48 CT and measuring approximately 6.05 × 6.03 × 3.66 mm, accented with natural round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 11.50 CT in total, approximately F–G color and VS1–VS2 clarity.
